I am a Year 7 student at Edmund Hillary School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 9 and my teacher is Roya. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first draft. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
For this task I had to make Mondrian art. Mondrian art was made by Piet Mondrian. I had a difficult time with this task because I don't really understand how to make this art. So overall it was an extremely hard task.
I hope you’re enjoying your last day of the SLJ! You’ve made an amazing effort over the last six weeks. You should be really proud of yourself!
If you had difficulty with this task then it doesn’t show at all with what you have produced. I think your Mondrian looks great! It has enough colour and shape to be of interest but not so much that it feels overwhelming. I think the colours that you’ve chosen go well together also.
Looking back over the SLJ, can you think of any activities that you really enjoyed? Or activities that were memorable for any reason? We’d love to hear some feed back.
